I'm a PhD student in Computing Science at Simon Fraser University. I completed a Master in Computer Science at the university of Antwerp in distributed systems and networks where I wrote my thesis on leveraging hyperheuristics for accelerated epidemiology modelling. My current research interests lie in leveraging discrete calculus, statistical machine learning, and the modelling of uncertainty through belief functions to enable reproducible discovery in biomedical data analysis, from human to protein scale.
